Returns Policy
At Zero44.in, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the on-demand nature of our products, we have a specific returns and replacement policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Due to the nature of our on-demand business, returns and replacements are only accepted for physical defects in product quality or print quality ( misprinted or damaged or defective items).
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, with labels and tags intact, and in the original packaging with the bill copy.
- If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.
- We kindly ask your to unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video and the images of the courier cover.
- For replacements and refunds, send us an unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images.
- If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, we will not be liable for refunds/replacement of such products.
- If the products fail to meet the criteria listed above, we will be unable to issue a refund.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when returning their purchases. We recommend using a courier service that includes tracking.
- If you would like us to arrange for a pickup of the product, we have a standard fee of Rs 60 as reverse shipping and restocking fee and this will be subtracted from your refund.
Replacements and Exchanges
- Replacements or exchanges are offered only for products that were delivered incorrectly, are defective, or were damaged during transit.
- Custom orders, special offers, and items that are printed to order are not eligible for returns, replacements, or outright exchanges.
- All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange. For size or color changes, you may return your item for store credit, minus delivery charges.
Order Cancellation
- To cancel an order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing it. We will attempt to cancel orders after this period, but once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Merchandise Returns/Replacement Process
- Please reach out to us on our Support Email [email protected] or using the Support Chat with the details of the merchandize you want to return or exchange with details about why you wish to return or exchange.
- Please make sure to have some evidence, such as images or videos, and we’ll check into it to see what we can do to help you.
- If the product you ordered is not available, you can exchange it for another item or receive a store credit. Please let us know which you prefer.
- If the reasons are valid, we will go ahead and create a Return Request and you can ship us the merchandize.
- You are responsible for shipping the merchandize back to us.
- Please include your contact information and the order number when returning it to us and also include the labels and tags along with the original packaging.
- Please use a reasonably priced courier service with tracking for returns.
- Once we receive and review your returned item, we will notify you via email.
- The return delivery typically takes 5-7 working days, though delays may occur.
- Refunds, issued as store credit, will be processed within 7-10 business days after verifying the returned product. The total credit will exclude delivery charges.
Delivery Issues
- If you have noticed any damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.
- Please keep a proof handy incase of delivery issues (photo or video evidence), this will help us figure out the issues and be able to process your refund or replacement faster.
